Oh, well. Have to settle here for the time being, whilst tranquility.tridate.net sorts out its server issues. In the meantime, I am scratching my head at
how to move all my data out of moveabletype.
Ironic, isn’t it? Just a week and a half ago, I was lamenting about how little time I would have if I wanted to blog if I went to work, because most of my time would be consumed by work (obviously) and normal essential daily activities. Yet, here I am, unable to resist the lure of publishing my thoughts on the Internet.
I thought about leaving the world of blogging altogether. Yes, I am weary of writing on the Internet and thought about returning to the pen and paper diary I used to keep up till I was in Junior College. But not all of us can be Anne Franks. We won’t all have our words and thoughts and deeds published and read widely. Only the Internet can provide that type of gratification without having to go through the rigeurs of the publishing world. The price to pay would of course be the lack of privacy whatsoever.
In the meantime, I am concentrating all my efforts on work, because I have become an advocate for the propaganda of a semi-government organisation. It riles me to see all my ideals being shred to pieces. So whatever you do, please don’t call in and complain about the price hike in newspapers.
