The news about John Howard being re-elected for a fourth term comes as no surprise, but is rather disappointing. The boyfriend is rather peeved that he has to suffer the consequences of the 25% HECS increase, because he would only get his HECS-funded place in uni next year, thanks to loads of administrative screw-ups.
